1) 30 DAYS NO-HASSLE RETURN & REFUND offers a “No-hassle” 30 Days Return and Refund Policy. If you change your mind and want to return the item for a refund, you can contact our customer services department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return your items (Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it.)

2) 30 DAYS RETURN TO EXCHANGE ITEM also offers a “30 Days Return to Exchange Item” policy. If the product you bought has no quality problem but just not matches your requirement you can require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt of delivery for exchanging for a different model or product. In this case, the price difference and the postage will be charged for the exchange items if needs.

· Item(s) are returned must be in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging including cartons, parts, and instructions manual, etc.
· Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage; we will cover all expense of sending a replacement. For protection, we strongly recommend that buyers insure return shipment against ·loss or damages, and that use a shipper that can provide proof of delivery. 
· Any return must enquire us first, to send back without RMA # (given by our customer service) will not be accepted. 
· Our refund policy is only to refund the purchase price (not including shipping and handling or insurance charges).
· We do not have the responsibility to response on item lost during returning.
· Any exchange or refund must be processed after we received your returned items.
· Items that exceed the warranty period does not include in the Return/Replace/Refund Policy.


3)360 DAYS LIMITED WARRANTY SERVICE offers a standard 12-month limited warranty service for all our products except for some specified products.

1. Missing Item - Items missed completely or partially from an order 
2. Cosmetic Damage - Physical damage on products' surface or shell 
3. Wrong Product Received - Product that is completely different from web description
4. Verified Functional Failure - Failure that makes the device unable to use, repairing of which needs to change board, screen or reset cables etc.
5. Customer Induced Damage - Damage caused by customer's incorrect operation or insufficient protection, including but not limited to screen broken, moisture, scratch, rust, etc. 
6. (Defect) Can Not Duplicate - Product is claimed as defective by customers. But it is tested as "No Defect" by engineer upon receiving. 
7. Out Of Warranty - Product that exceeds the warranty period 
8. Non-Authorization Return - Customer returns the products without authorization (RMA Approval)

9. Warranty Period - A period which is defined as “From the shipping date (on web) to the RMA application date”
